☽ Shipping Costs

For orders in my shop I charge the following shipping costs:
⋆ Germany: 2,95€ (free shipping for orders from 50,00€)
⋆ EU Countries: 4,50€
⋆ Europe (non-EU incl. UK): 5,35€
☽ Delivery Time ☾
The delivery time is a combination of processing time and dispatch time. The processing time is the time I need to make your ordered jewellery and prepare it for shipping. The dispatch time is the time the parcel service needs to deliver your order. The calculated delivery time is already displayed for each item in my shop.
Processing Time
Due to the many variations and the additional personalisation options I offer for my jewellery, I do not have any ready-to-ship pieces in stock. I make each of them to order according to your selected options and individual wishes and measurements. I need up to three working days for making your jewellery. The processing time is independent of the shipping destination.
Estimated Dispatch Time
The following dispatch times are based on information provided by the parcel services themselves and my experience with shipping to the respective destination countries. In exceptional cases, longer shipping times may occur (e.g. during Christmas season):
⋆ Germany: 1-2 days dispatch time with shipment tracking (DHL)
⋆ EU Countries: approx. 2-5 days dispatch time with shipment tracking
⋆ Europe (Non-EU Countries): approx. 3-7 days dispatch time with shipment tracking
⋆ United Kingdom: approx. 4-8 days dispatch time with shipment tracking
Orders that are delivered outside of Germany will be sent as Goods Parcel International. You can initially track these online with DHL. As soon as the shipment has arrived in your country, you can use your local postal company's tracking service. The tracking number will not change.
When your order is dispatched, you will also receive your tracking number by e-mail from me so that you can track it online. I always hand in your order to the parcel service on the same day that I notify you of the dispatch.
☽ Returns ☾
If you would like to return an item to me, please contact me by e-mail and I will send you the return address. You are responsible for the cost of the return. When returning jewellery, I strongly recommend insured shipping with a tracking number so that you can prove that you have sent the return in the event of loss.
