Yes, with
pleasure! I make all my jewellery to order, so personalised
measurements, such as your desired length for a necklace, are no
problem at all. Simply leave me your desired measurements (or your
neck circumference for chokers) in the personalisation field on the
respective product page. Personalisation of the size is free of
charge for you!
☽ How will my order be shipped

I think that unpacking your piece of
jewellery is a special moment. At least I often feel a little excited
when I can finally open a parcel that I've been eagerly
been
waiting for. That's why I put so much attention to detail in the
Lunar Tribe's shipping packaging. Your order will reach you in a
black jewellery box with a metallic logo to match the colour of the
jewellery you ordered. It is not only suitable for safe storage but
can also be given as a gift straight away. Every order, regardless of
the destination country, receives a tracking number so that you can
see exactly where it is and when it arrives. You can find more

☽ My order is a gift -
Do you offer a gift wrapping? ☾
You are welcome to have your order sent directly to the person receiving the gift! I offer an extra gift wrapping - so you don't have to worry about anything. The jewellery will be sent in an elegant, black shipping box, filled with dark green filling material and glittering tissue paper. This makes unpacking the jewellery a joyful experience! You are also welcome to include a gift message, which I will add by hand. An invoice is of course not included, you will receive it digitally by email anyway. If the delivery address is not in the EU, I am obliged to attach an invoice to the parcel so that the package can be cleared through customs.
☽ How can I cancel my
order? ☾
You can cancel your order by e-mail
to me. Please note that my processing time is a maximum of three
working days. Depending on how many orders I have at the moment, your
order may be on its way to you the very next day. Cancellation is
then no longer possible but you can send it back to me instead.

☽ Are all
products nickel-free? ☾
Yes, all the materials I use are
nickel-free! I have a severe nickel allergy myself and therefore pay
particular attention to the quality of the materials I use for my
jewellery. You can find further information on the used materials
used in each item description.
☽ How can I
keep my jewellery shiny for a long time? ☾
With every order comes a card with
detailed care instructions that will help you to keep your jewellery
beautiful and shiny! Jewellery will always darken a little, this is
normal and cannot be avoided. That's why I use stainless steel as
much as possible which will not discolour even after long wear. To
make your jewellery shine again, just wipe it with a soft cloth and
some polish from the drug store.
